This study provides important implications that human resource professionals should consider person-environment fit and work affect in creating more meaningful work experience for employees, serving as a source of competitive advantage in attracting and retaining quality personnel. |
WHAT WILL HAPPEN |
Being a participant in this study, you would have confirmed that you are a Malaysian in full-time employment for 40 or more hours per week, within the age range of 18 to 55 years old.
A participant information sheet details all the necessary information for this research, your participation rights, risks and benefits involved and your role as the participant. You will be asked to complete survey questionnaires from four sections: Section A (demographic information), Section B (6 questions of Person-Environment fit), Section C (20 questions of Work Affect) and Section D (36 questions of Job Satisfaction) and Section E (5 questions of Turnover Intentions). TIME COMMITMENT |
The time of completing the survey is estimated to be 10-20 minutes, subject to the reading speed of individual participants for 1 session of response only.

I (Grace Seen) am a final year student reading Psychology in a Bachelor (Hons) Psychology degree in Sunway University and this study is supervised by Dr. Lin, Senior Lecturer at Sunway University. This study is subject to approval by Psychology Research Ethics Committee of Sunway University.
